Digital Products and Services
All products and services sold on this website are digital products and/or digital services delivered electronically.
No physical products are sold, shipped, stocked, warehoused, manufactured, imported, exported, or delivered by Clones Lab.
Purchases made through this website provide access to digital content, digital information, supplier information, vendor access information, digital resources, or other electronically delivered services only.
Clones Lab does not own, manufacture, hold, warehouse, inspect, distribute, or ship any physical inventory relating to any product, model, item, supplier, or vendor referenced within the digital information provided.
Any product names, model references, images, photographs, trademarks, logos, or descriptions are used solely for descriptive, illustrative, identification, and informational purposes relating to the digital information or digital service being purchased.
References to vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, contacts, marketplaces, products, brands, models, sources, or access refer exclusively to digital information, digital resources, or digitally delivered services unless expressly stated otherwise.

No Refunds
Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges, credits, replacements, or store credits once an order has been placed, payment has been successfully processed, and electronic delivery or access has begun.
Refunds will not be provided after delivery, access, download, activation, transmission, dispatch, or electronic delivery of any digital product, digital content, digital service, access credentials, links, files, contact information, messages, or other electronically delivered materials.
Electronic delivery shall be deemed completed immediately upon successful transmission of the delivery email, access information, credentials, files, links, contact information, or other digital materials to the email address or other contact information provided by the customer during checkout.
Once electronic delivery has occurred, the transaction shall be considered fulfilled, completed, consumed, and irreversible, except to the extent mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
No refund will be issued on the basis that the customer did not open, read, access, download, review, use, understand, or act upon materials that were properly delivered or made available electronically.
Access and Delivery
Delivery is performed electronically via email, digital access links, account credentials, messaging applications, community invitations, downloadable files, digital communication methods, or other electronic delivery channels.
Delivery is typically completed immediately after successful payment processing.
Delivery shall be considered completed when the relevant digital materials, access information, credentials, links, files, contact information, or other electronically delivered materials have been sent to the customer or otherwise made available through the designated delivery channel.
No physical shipment, postal delivery, courier service, freight service, or tangible product delivery will occur under any circumstances.
No Physical Inventory and Third-Party Vendors
Clones Lab does not own, stock, warehouse, inspect, manufacture, import, export, distribute, or ship physical goods related to the subject matter referenced in any digital product or digital service sold through this website.
Any third-party vendor, supplier, platform, messaging account, contact, marketplace, manufacturer, or service referenced in a product or service is an independent third party and is not an employee, agent, representative, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, affiliate, distributor, or subsidiary of Solcab unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Clones Lab does not control and is not responsible for any third-party pricing, stock availability, product availability, communications, response times, delivery times, product quality, business practices, warranties, legal compliance, customs matters, import restrictions, export restrictions, intellectual property matters, or future conduct of any third party.
Any legal responsibilities, warranties, shipping obligations, product quality matters, product defects, delivery issues, customs issues, intellectual property matters, regulatory matters, or other claims relating to any physical goods remain solely with the respective third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solcab does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, transaction completion, continued availability, response from any third party, ongoing access, future availability, or satisfaction of any customer expectation relating to a third party after the digital product or digital service has been delivered.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, limits, or restricts any consumer right, statutory remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Customer Acknowledgement
By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that:
- you are purchasing a digital product and/or digital service only;
- no physical product will be shipped or delivered;
- delivery is completed electronically;

- any third-party vendor, supplier, source, contact, marketplace, manufacturer, or platform referenced in the purchased product or service is independent from Solcab and outside its control;

- you have reviewed the product description prior to purchase;
- you understand the nature of the product or service being purchased;
- all purchases are final and non-refundable after delivery or access has occurred, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)
Where applicable law grants a statutory withdrawal right for digital content or digital services, by completing your purchase, you expressly:
- request immediate performance and delivery of digital content and/or digital services;
- consent to the immediate commencement of delivery following payment confirmation;
- acknowledge that you will receive access to digital content and/or digital services immediately after purchase;

- acknowledge and agree that, for digital services, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed,

In the event of a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute initiated after successful delivery or access has been provided, Solcab reserves the right to submit evidence to financial institutions, card issuers, payment processors, and dispute resolution services, including but not limited to:
- proof of electronic delivery or dispatch;
- fulfillment records;
- email delivery records;
- message transmission records;
- delivery timestamps;
- access records;
- login records;
- link-click records;
- download records;
- account activity logs;
- usage logs;
- IP address records;
- device and browser information where lawfully collected and retained;
- transaction information;
- billing information;
- fraud screening and transaction verification results where available;
- copies or screenshots of the product description, checkout disclosures, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service in force at the time of purchase;
- communication history;
- customer acknowledgements;
- acceptance of this Refund Policy and Terms of Service;
- confirmation emails and delivery records;
- screenshots of fulfillment events and customer communications.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to review all product descriptions, product details, Terms of Service, and this Refund Policy prior to making a purchase.
It is also the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address and accurate digital contact details for delivery and to check spam folders, junk folders, promotions folders, message requests, and other digital delivery channels.
